087: How To Alleviate Your Astigmatism

In this episode, I share some updates (including a big announcement!) and address the mental/emotional aspects of astigmatism, which is a common vision problem that can often accompany nearsightedness or farsightedness.

Certain personality traits like indecision, self-doubt, and confusion can sometimes contribute to astigmatism, so practicing decisiveness, self-confidence, and clarity may help alleviate astigmatism on a deeper level.

Dr. Bates' main advice was to "ignore astigmatic images", which is sometimes easier said than done!
